Karla Kadlec

My name is Karla Kadlec, and I’m a certified Neurographica® Instructor.  I’ve been guiding people through creative processes for years, blending my love of art with tools for self-awareness and personal growth. I believe creativity is a powerful doorway to transformation. When we put pen to paper with intention, we can access insights and healing that words alone can’t always reach.

I am dedicated to helping people find their own path forward, with compassion, emotional intelligence, and unwavering care. For over 20 years, I have worked with individuals and groups to recognize their gifts, resources, dreams, and visions, and to take practical steps toward realizing them.

At this stage in my journey, I am focusing my practice on Neurographica, a powerful creative tool that helps people rewire their minds and respond to life’s challenges with greater resilience, clarity, and self-support.  Neurographica helps in navigating stress and is also a transformative practice that empowers people to live more fully and consciously.

I have a rich background in coaching, Human Design analysis, and energy medicine. I draw on decades of experience across diverse fields. Yet at the heart of my work remains the same guiding purpose: to help people see what’s possible, trust their inner wisdom, and move forward with courage and creativity.
